Privacy notice
We use plain words. This page tells you what we keep, why, how long, and how to reach us.
Short version: we keep your email or phone only to tell you when KAPIP opens. We do not sell it. We do not share it. You can ask us to delete it any time.
What data we keep
- Your email address or phone number, if you join the waitlist.
- The time you said yes (your consent time).
- Your county choice, saved only in your own browser.
- Basic safety logs, such as IP address, kept short term to stop abuse.
We do not ask for ID numbers, M-Pesa details, or health data.
Why we keep it
- To send you launch news and price alerts you asked for.
- To keep the waitlist fair and stop spam.
- To keep the site safe and working.
We only keep your contact after you tick the consent box. That tick is your yes.
How long we keep it
- Waitlist contacts: until launch, then we ask again or delete.
- Safety logs: 30 days for app logs, 90 days for security logs.
- We delete old data on a regular clean-up.
Your rights
You can ask to see, fix, or delete your data at any time. You can leave the waitlist any time. We answer within 14 days in Kenya and 30 days in the EU.
